Seth R. Wilson joined Hume Smith Geddes Green & Simmons in 2006. He is admitted to practice in the State of Indiana, as well as both the Northern District and Southern District Federal Courts in Indiana.
Seth graduated from Regent University School of Law in Virginia Beach, Virginia in 2006 where he served as Editor-in-Chief of Regent Law Review. Seth is a 2003 graduate of Taylor University, located in Upland, Indiana, majoring in Mass Communications/Journalism, with a minor in Pre-law.
Seth concentrates his practice on civil litigation and insurance defense cases, including mass tort litigation, and workers' compensation. He has also represented clients in zoning actions, and has helped clients with small business formation and business advising.
Seth continues helping Edd Harney and Sam Ellingwood maintain the firm's technology use and development to ensure quality and efficient client service. This interest helps Hume Smith Geddes Green & Simmons, LLP stay abreast of technological changes that will better serve our clients.
Seth is a member of the Indianapolis Bar Association, the Indiana State Bar Association, the Young Lawyers Division, and the Christian Legal Society. Since 2009, Seth has served on the Technology Committee of the Indiana State Bar Association. He looks forward to helping other lawyers better utilize technology in their practices to better serve those who need legal assistance.
Seth enjoys spending time with his family, wife Renee and two young sons. Seth and family recently began attending Hamilton Hills Baptist Church in Fishers, Indiana, near their new home. He loves to play basketball, guitar, be outdoors with the boys, and learning about new technology.
