Andrew P. Wirick is a partner in the Firm and concentrates his practice in representing cities, town, counties and other governmental entities and their employees. His practice is also concentrated in representing businesses and individuals in their employment concerns. He has been with the Firm since 1994.

Prior to joining the Firm, he served as a law clerk for the Honorable J. Patrick Endsley, Magistrate Judge, United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana. After completing his clerkship, he was employed as a litigation attorney for the Consolidated City of Indianapolis-Marion County, Indiana, eventually serving as Chief Counsel for Litigation. In the role, he supervised and participated in all litigation involving the City of Indianapolis, Marion County and their agencies and employees.

Mr. Wirick has participated in numerous reported state and federal appellate court decisions. He regularly writes articles for legal and governmental entity publications concerning litigation and employment issues. He also speaks regularly to both legal and non-legal organizations regarding current legal issues which they may face. Mr. Wirick is an associate member of the Indiana Municipal Lawyers Association, Indiana Association of Cities and Towns (IACT) and the Indiana Associations of Counties (IAC). Mr. Wirick is also president of the Board of the Golden Hill Homeowners Association and is president of his church council at Divine Savior Lutheran Church.

He and his wife Lynn, former Assistant Program Director at Riley Children's Hospital and current teacher at Sycamore School, have four children that are active in their school and extracurricular activities, including football, basketball, baseball, lacrosse, soccer, volleyball and the Indianapolis Children's Choir.
